Do I need to be home during the clearing?
No. This is a remote energetic service, so you don’t need to be physically present. If you’d like, you can set an intention, light a candle, or simply hold space in your heart during the session—but it's not required.
How long does the clearing take?
The actual clearing typically takes 30–60 minutes. You’ll receive a follow-up email with insights and messages within 5-7 business days of your scheduled session.
What will I receive after the session?
You’ll get a detailed email sharing what was cleared, any intuitive impressions or spirit messages that came through, and gentle guidance for maintaining energetic balance. You’re also welcome to ask one follow-up question for deeper clarity.
What kinds of spaces can be cleared?
Homes, apartments, land, offices, and even new builds or places for sale—all can benefit from energetic clearing. If you're unsure whether your space qualifies, feel free to reach out.
Can I book a clearing for someone else?
Yes—with their permission. Consent is essential for the work to be in alignment. If it’s a shared space (like a family home), your intention and awareness are often enough.
What can I expect during a Land and House Clearing?
Each space holds energetic imprints—from previous occupants, visitors, and even your own emotional experiences. During a land and house clearing, I connect remotely and tune in intuitively to sense and shift stagnant or disruptive energy. With the support of my spirit team, ancestral guides, and energetic tools, I clear what no longer serves the space and invite in peace, clarity, and protection.
Afterward, you’ll receive a follow-up email with insights that came through during the session and a chance to ask one follow-up question. Many clients notice a tangible shift—feeling lighter, calmer, and more supported in their home.
Are sessions suitable for children or pets?
Yes—absolutely. Energy healing and space clearing are beneficial to everyone in your home, including children and pets. In fact, they’re often the most sensitive to shifts in energy and can experience the positive effects very quickly.
The intention behind all of my work is to create safe, nurturing environments for every soul in your space—whether two-legged or four. If you have specific questions about how a session may support your family, feel free to reach out.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Life happens, and I completely understand that plans can change. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting for a session.
- Cancellations made with 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of your payment.

This remote clearing session includes:
- A full energetic clearing of your home or land
- A follow-up email sharing intuitive impressions, messages, or anything that came through
- The opportunity to ask one follow-up question for further insight
What to Expect:
Clearings are typically done within 5 business days of booking. You do not need to be home during the session, but you’re welcome to set an intention or light a candle if that feels supportive to you. After the clearing, you’ll receive an email detailing what was shifted, released, or highlighted, along with any intuitive messages that came through. You may also submit one follow-up question for additional clarity or support.
